Maintains all work areas and ensures environmental services equipment is free of safety violations.Makes sure all bottles are labeled properly and ensures chemical bottles have proper chemical labels. Trains team members in the proper use of chemicals.
Trains team members in the proper cleaning techniques.Checks to make sure team members have proper supplies and equipment to complete the job.Interacts with guests and other casino department in a professional and courteous manner.Advises management of necessary repairs and replacements in assigned areas and is accountable for cleanliness and overall condition of the public areas, restrooms and offices when the supervisor is not present.Supervises environmental services staff activities throughout the casino to ensure that approved standards of cleanliness are met.Maintains strict adherence to all Cal-OSHA safety rules and regulations.Ensures that all cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment are used in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions.Ensures all policies and procedures are adhered to in the Environmental Services Department on assigned shift.Assists the EVS Supervisor in supervising, evaluating and training the EVS Attendants.
